Your questions

How does the booking process work? +
Fill in the booking form or contact us by phone. Within 2 hours you will receive a confirmation and payment instructions. Once the 30% deposit is paid the booking is confirmed and we send you access details.
What are the cancellation terms? +
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival on selected apartments. Cancellations 14–30 days prior incur a 50% deposit charge. Later cancellations are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible? +
Standard check-in is from 3 PM and check-out by 11 AM. Early arrival or late departure is possible subject to availability — let us know in advance and we will do our best to arrange it at no extra cost.
Can I pay in my local currency? +
We accept payment in EUR and GBP/USD by bank transfer or online card. The rate is fixed at the time of booking so there is no exchange rate risk.
Are pets allowed? +
Some apartments welcome dogs or cats (up to 15 kg) — always noted in the listing. A cleaning fee of €20–40 usually applies. Ask us when booking and we will find the right option for you.
How does Maravia Stays differ from maravia.eu? +
Maravia Stays is the short-term holiday rental branch for Spain, operated by the same team as maravia.eu. The apartment selection is continuously updated from the Maravia portfolio.
